There are no secrets or magic wands for fat loss. It takes a lot of dedication and motivation to show up each day, eat healthy, exercise, and practice healthy habits. Exercise is one of those things that you’re probably not keen on, but it’s something that you need to commit to doing at least three times a week if you want to lose fat.
