FitNigeria's HIIT - What's it all about?

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a form of exercise that requires constant movement, alternating between high intensity anaerobic exercises and slower, less intense recovery periods. This technique is great to increase your heart rate, strength and enhance weight-loss. 


The FitNigeria class is a combination of exercises, for men and women, young and old of all experience levels to achieve overall physical fitness.We feed off the energy of other class members, the instructor and the music that keeps pushing us when we feel like giving up.

Bear in mind that it takes more than 1 day to achieve results so add this class to your calender and be regular, you will be amazed at your progress before long. 

The FitNigeria classes are now in Ikoyi, Yaba & Lekki

  • Burpees
  • Mountain climbers
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Planks
  • Jump rope
 Note: For any class that reaches maximum capacity, there will be a discount for participants so spread the word, invite friends and come out for a fun, effective training session!
