Couscous and mixed vegetables.

1. Couscous ( 1 cup )
2. Mixed vegetables ( green pepper, red pepper, tomatoes)
3. Chicken stock
4. Spices- ground pepper, curry , Maggi, salt )


  • Boil chicken stock
  • Add couscous after 5 mins
  • Set this aside - the couscous would absorb the chicken stock
  • Fry already chopped vegetables in olive oil and add seasoning as you please
  • Pour the fried vegetable into the pot of couscous and mix
