Ingredients
1 cup quaker oats
1/2 cup of raspberry yoghurt
1 cup milk or water, or a mixture of the two
a few drops of orange juice
1 tsp orange zest, grated
1 tsp peanut butter (optional)
1 tsp honey
Directions
1) Put all ingredients into a medium sized pot on a medium heat. Leave to simmer for 5 mins,but make sure to add in more water or milk if you like your porridge runnier or until you've got the consistency you like.
2) Serve and Enjoy
You can top porridge with your favourite fruits and nuts or both.
