Lemon is a versatile fruit. It has serval beauty uses and it can be used in the kitchen as well. It can be used as a cleaning agent, it has nutritional values, it can be used to flavour food, it can be used as insect repellent, and the list goes on and on and on. The following are a few of my favourite uses and the others i found pretty interesting that lemon had those uses.
1) Lemon has beauty uses: Lemon can be used to as a lightning agent. It helps to treats blackheads. It can be used to lighten your elbow and your knees. It can be used as a clarifying moisturizer; all you need to do is mix a few drops coconut water and lemon.The vitamin C in lemon is a great antioxidant for neutralizing free radicals therefore, lemons can help brighten your dark spot and age spots. They are rich in vitamin C and Citric Acid.

2) Drink Lemon and warm water in the morning: Include drinking 1 freshly squeezed lemon mixed with half a glass of warm water into your daily morning ritual. Not only does this ensure you get vitamin C, it also cleanses your system. I would you recommend you drink lemon and water before eating anything.
3) Lemons can help keep insects out of the the kitchen: I found this is one very interesting. All you need to do is squeeze the lemon on the crack or hole the insects are getting in through and on your thresholds and windowsills and lemon what its magic.

4) Lemon can be used to help whiten your teeth, simply mix 1tbs of baking soda and a couple drops of freshly squeezed lemon, take a toothbrush and apply to your teeth. Rinse off afterwards.
5) Lemon can be used to deodorize surfaces areas. Use lemon peels to deodorize garbage cans, simply put the peel at the base under the bag.
