Well hey there. It's me, Edie!

Greetings,

Goodness I am so excited I can barely type! My name is Edie Ibanga, and I am pleased to inform you that I will be contributing to this wonderful blog. Let's face it, this blog is mainly about health and fitness; and I'll admit that my journey has been comparable to a roller coaster ride without a seat belt (nausea included, Lol). My brain is stuffed with experiences, tips, tricks, and I'll even share a few embarrassing mishaps. I've stumbled along the way, but most importantly I am still here. (Fist pump!)
