 Coconut Pasta, Tilapia and Avocado Stuffed Peppers



1. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a pinch of salt and coconut milk & oil.
2. Add your pasta and almonds to the boiling water.



 3. As the water dries up, add some spinach, mint leaves, red pepper, coconut oil and some 'Adobo' seasoning.


 4. Spice the fish fillets with your favorite spices. I used: red pepper, onion powder, Adobo, black pepper.

5. While the pasta gets tender, on a medium heated coconut oiled pan, get some chopped onions and the fish fillets frying. Flip it a few times till it's fully cooked then cut it up to your preferred size. 



6. Mash a ripe avocado, (sprinkle some cinnamon if you like) and stuff some lightly pan seared bell peppers. 

7. Drizzle your favorite sauce and ENJOY!
