WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!

Make sure you work your muscles, especially your glutes (bum) to prevent them from 'sagging'. Squats are a great total body workout.

can u do a video on how to achieve a smaller waist and get rid of love handles? also a fast an efficient way of getting abs !

You really can't get abs 'fast'. If you stick to a good diet and do the ab workouts I will post on abs day, you should begin to see results. Same for love handles. Don't always focus on abs, do compound workouts that hit the abs and other muscles, that helps to get the results faster.
