Simple Prawn Salad

Do you love salads? Do you love seafood? Well this delicious quick salad is a win win.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
2 handfuls salad leaves (any of your choice)
12 pieces of prawns,devined and washed 
¼ of an onion, sliced
½ red chilli, chopped
3 buttons mushrooms
4 tbsp jerk seasoning
2 slices of baguette bread (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1) Make sure to wash and devein prawns before cooking. Flavour with salt and pepper or any other spices you prefer.

2)  Put some olive oil in into a pan on a medium- low heat. Add prawns, mushrooms and jerk seasoning. Fry until both prawns and mushroom are brown this should take about 5 minutes.

3)Put salad leaves unto a plate and then place prawns and mushrooms nicely on the bed of leaves.

4) Add the chopped chilli and then about 6 slices of onions.

5) If you want croutons you can cut up the baguette slices into squares and put in the oven with some olive oil for 5-10 minutes.

6) A simple prawn salad is done.

7) Enjoy
