5 Secrets to Summer Abs by

The warm weather in the summer gives us an excuse to wear
less clothes, buy a new swimsuit & show some extra skin. Here are some tips
from my experience to achieve washboard abs.
1.
Make sure you train mean as nothing good comes
easy! Do not focus on crunches, do full body workouts. Other exercises activate
your core to maintain stability. Examples of good workouts to add to your
routine include squats, burpees, push-ups, planks etc.
2.
It’s simple, make sure CALORIES OUT >
CALORIES IN.
Eat clean, intake good calories, drink lots
of water and avoid eating late (or just before bed).
3.
Maintain good posture and keep your core tight.
You may have heard that ‘Suck belle, make the shirt fine’ saying. Well it holds
true actually, suck your belly in while working out and through out the day.
4.
Be patient, set reasonable goals and make
working out a lifestyle. Many of the people we see with sexy bodies have been
at it for years so do not be discouraged.
5.
Lastly, it’s okay to cheat. Yes, I’m
contradicting the second point made earlier. Just like you should practice
muscle confusion for muscle growth (more on this in later posts), eating only
very healthy meals can slow down your metabolism. A cheat meal or two per week
will confuse your body, motivate you to get back to training and also give you
the needed break to prevent you from getting bored of healthy.
