Tuesday Muscle: BICEPS

Remember you can use whatever weight you are comfortable with. Just ensure that you complete your reps and squeeeeeeze on the last one.

Definitions
Reps: This means repetition which is the number of times you do an exercise before resting.
Sets: A group of reps.
Spotter: Someone to assist/'push' you to keep going. Also helps when the weight is too heavy.


Do 4 sets of 9 reps for all workouts. For safety, always have a spotter around.




Exercises

  • Standing Dumbbell Curls

  • Seated Hammer Curls

  • Standing Barbell Curls

  • Seated Dumbell Incline Curls

  • Preacher Curls
