FOOD & DIET

Here's a quick & easy delicious recipe I tried over the weekend.



Whole wheat bread with spinach, mushrooms and a fried egg. 
Whole wheat bread with avocado and a fried egg.
Whole wheat bread with strawberries (you can substitute fruits eg. use slices of mango).
Whole wheat bread with banana, peanut butter and a little honey.

Why not give it a try?
