Chest This!

On chest day, I ALWAYS do this dumbbell chest press. Make sure you form a right angle in your elbows and squeeze when you reach the top. Slowly lower the weight and explosively go back to the top. See the example below.


A great complimentary exercise is the dumbbell flyes. You do not need to use very heavy weights here, getting the right form and technique is what matters. See the example below.




The other chest workout we will do today are:
  • Dips (focusing on the chest)
  • Cable Flyes
  • Push-Ups
4 sets of 9 reps.
