Last night, I spent a good 90 minutes in the gym after which, I knew I deserved to make a great, filling meal. This chicken and pasta meal tastes great and the red sauce drizzled on the chicken and greens is my special recipe. Try this out and let's me know how much you enjoy this meal.

Chicken (Drumsticks)
Fresh Spinach & Wild Greens
Olives, Carrots, Almonds, Red peppers, White Onions, 2 Garlic cloves
Obinna's Special Red Dressing
Black Peppers, Red Peppers & Curry powder

1. Bring water to a boil. Add the drumsticks, crushed red peppers, garlic, jalapeno peppers, carrots, curry powder and black pepper. Cover till almost fully cooked (about 15 minutes on high heat). Take out carrots after 5 minutes of boiling.

2. Chop up red bell peppers, carrots, olives and onions.

3. When chicken is almost fully cooked, take it out of the broth left in the pot. Boil your pasta in the broth; add cilantro.

4. Spray a generous mixture of extra virgin oil & canola oil on a hot pan. Sprinkle some red and black pepper on the drumsticks and skillet fry with almonds, turning regularly. Lay the cut peppers on the hot pan till it darkens slightly.

5. When the chicken has a nice brown to it, take it out (and almonds) and lay it on a bed of fresh spinach, chopped olives and wild greens.

6. Take out the cooked pasta and plate.

7. Drizzle Obinna's Special Red Dressing [secret ingredients :)] on the chicken and vegetables.
